RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2022 – BALFOUR BEATTY (CENTRAL RAIL SYSTEM ALLIANCE)

 

The referendum of you and your colleagues has concluded and the result is as follows:

 

Do you accept the company’s offer?

 

Total votes cast:59

Number voting ‘Yes’:8

Number voting ‘No’:51

 

Your Union’s National Executive Committee has noted the result of the referendum and has instructed me to notify the company of our rejection of their offer. Your NEC has instructed me to conduct a ballot for industrial action, preparations to hold the ballot have begun and I will advise members of the ballot timetable in due course.
