RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2022 – BALFOUR BEATTY (CENTRAL RAIL SYSTEMS ALLIANCE)
The referendum of you and your colleagues over the company revised pay offer has concluded and the result is as follows:

To remind you, the offer that you and your colleagues voted on was as follows:
• 5.95% increase applicable from 1st April 2022
• 5.25% increase applicable from 1st April 2023
Your union’s National Executive Committee has noted the result and that the majority of members who have participated in the process have voted to accept the offer.
This improved offer, of course, was only secured through the determination of you and your colleague in taking strike action over three separate weekends which forced management back round the table to hold proper negotiations.
This therefore resolves pay negotiations for 2022/2023 and we would expect the company to implement the new pay rates as soon as possible.
