Referring to previous correspondence, the ballot has concluded, and the result is as follows:

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question: 27
Number of individuals answering “No” to the question: 0

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot: 40
Number of votes cast in the ballot: 27
Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question: 24
Number of individuals answering “No” to the question: 3
Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned: 0

The statutory thresholds have been met in respect of this ballot.
