Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2022 – City Cruises

Referring to my previous correspondence, the referendum has now concluded and the result is as follows:

TOTAL VOTES CAST 22
VOTING TO ACCEPT ‘OPTION ONE’ 3
VOTING TO ACCEPT ‘OPTION TWO’ 12
VOTING TO REJECT BOTH OPTIONS 7

Noting the result, the National Executive Committee has instructed me to inform the company of our acceptance of ‘Option Two’ of the offer. I would like to place on record my congratulations to our representatives at City Cruises and the Thames River Branch for their participation and hard work in the recent pay negotiations.
