RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2022 – HEYSHAM PORT LTD )PEEL PORT)
Referring to my previous correspondence, the referendum of you and your colleagues has concluded and the result is as follows:-
Total Votes cast: 33
Number voting ‘Yes’: 31
Number voting ‘No’: 2
For reference, the accepted offer is:-
- 7% increase of basic pay backdated to 1st June 2022
- Continuation of work minimum payment to be increased from 1 hour to 2 hours backdated to 1st June 2022
- Extended minimum daily rest period extended from 6 hours to 7 hours from date of acceptance
- Split shift allowance of £650 per annum (equating to £10 per split shift excluding overtime) backdated to 1st June 2022
- £275 one off gross payment, payable in the next applicable pay run after acceptance
- Terminal Team Leaders weekly hours to reduce from 37 hours to 35 hours per week (to be implemented within 1 month of agreement), this would be without loss of pay.
The company has been advised of your acceptance of the offer and I have requested that the increase and the back monies are paid at the earliest opportunity .
