RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2022 – ISLE OF MAN STEAM PACKET

Further to previous correspondence, the referendum has concluded, and the result is as follows:-

Votes Cast: 60
Voting Option One: 3
Voting Option Two: 0
Reject both Options: 57

Having noted the result, the Union’s National Executive Committee has instructed that further talks must take place to seek an improved offer. This instruction will be carried out and I will keep you advised of further developments in this matter.
