RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2022 – ISS (NORTHERN TRAINS CONTRACT)

 

Further to my previous correspondence, the referendum has concluded, and the result is as follows:-

 

Question: Are prepared to accept the company’s offer?

 

Total Votes Cast:      50

Number Voting ‘Yes’: 17

Number Voting ‘No’:  33

 

The NEC has considered the result and it has instructed me to inform the company of your rejection and to seek further talks to negotiate an improved offer. In the meantime, I would be grateful if you could ensure that RMT has your correct details which are as follows:-

• Your workplace location
• Your email address
• Your mobile phone number
