Dear Colleague,

The referendum of you and your colleagues has now concluded and the result is as follows:
Do you accept the company’s offer?
Votes Cast:12
Voting ‘Yes’:9
Voting ‘No’:3
Spoilt Papers:0
To clarify, the offer, which is formed of two parts and was voted on is as follows:
Part One
A consolidated pay increase offer of 4% in 2022 applied across all individual salaries. Offer applies to all eligible employed staff regardless of terms and conditions - Monies will be backdated to 1 July 2022.
This 4% increase will also be applied to the band minima and maxima against pay-scales. Individual salaries above the pay band maxima Legacy and NOC CLG progression zones will be calculated as a partial non-consolidated payment.
A 4% increase against applicable recognised flat rate allowances.
Part Two
A non-consolidated payment totalling £1,500 (subject to tax and NI) for each eligible employed member of NOC staff (pro-rota for staff on part-time contracts) - payable over two instalments.
£1,000 payable in December 2022 pay run (staff must be in post as of 1 December 2022 to receive this amount).
£500 payable in June 2023 pay run (staff must be in post as of 1 June 2023 to receive this amount).
Your Union's National Executive Committee has noted the result of the referendum and has instructed me to notify the company of our acceptance.
I trust this keeps you fully advised on the matter and I will, of course, update you on any further developments.
Yours sincerely
