RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2022 – SERCO NORTHLINK FERRIES 

 

Please be advised that the referendum of you and your colleagues has now closed and the result is as follows:

 

Eligible Members to vote:114

Total Votes Cast:90

Number Voting ‘Yes’:41

Number Voting ‘No’:49

 

The National Executive Committee has considered this matter and noted the result of the electronic referendum. Therefore, I have been instructed to prepare a ballot matrix of you and your colleagues, with a few of commencing an industrial ballot. The ballot will be for strike action, industrial action short of a strike, including an overtime ban, higher grade duties ban, recall and extended rostering beyond the agreed 14-day period.

 

Therefore, to ensure a swift ballot and so you have a chance to vote you should advise the Union of any changes to your details. If your job title, address, or workplace has recently changed, then please contact the RMT Helpline by Email at info@rmt.org.uk; Alternatively, you can call the RMT Freephone Helpline number on 0800 376 3706. Additionally, if you know a colleague who has recently moved or changed their employment please ask them to contact the union on one of the above methods.
