Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2022 – Serco Northlink Ferries

 

Referring to previous correspondence, I can report that RMT members have overwhelmingly voted to reject the company’s offer in the referendum. The full result is as follows:

 

Votes Cast     80

Voting ‘YES’    17

Voting ‘NO’     63

 

Management has been informed of this result and a meeting has been requested to seek an improved offer. I trust this keeps you fully advised, and I will inform you of any further developments on this issue when they arise.
