Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2022 – Stagecoach South Andover (Engineering)

 

Referring to previous correspondence, the e-referendum has now concluded, and the result is as follows:

 

Question: Are you prepared to accept the company’s offer?

Noting the results, the National Executive Committee has instructed me to inform the company of our acceptance of the pay offer for Engineer members in Andover.

 

For ease of reference, the accepted offer is:

 

5% increase from 4^th December 2022

4% increase from 29^th January 2023

6.2% increase from 30^th April 2023

From 30th April 2023 a Sunday and Bank Holiday premium of 50p per hour will be introduced

In line with drivers, the date for the next pay review will move to 21st January 2024

 

 

I have asked that the increase, and backdated monies, are paid at the earliest opportunity.
