RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2022 – STAGECOACH EAST MIDLANDS (MANSFIELD & WORKSOP)

LATEST OFFER REJECTED – STRIKE ACTION REMAINS ON
FOR 9TH AUGUST AND 16TH AUGUST 2022

Referring to our previous correspondence, the e-referendum has concluded, and the result is as follows:-

Total Votes Cast: 152
Number Voting ‘Yes’: 59
Number Voting ‘No’: 93

Having considered the result, the union’s National Executive Committee has instructed that further talks with the company must take place. However, the strike action that you were previously advised of will take place. For reference, the strike action is as follows:-

Do not to book on for any shifts that commence between:

• 00:01 hours and 23:59 hours on Tuesday 9th August 2022
• 00:01 hours and 23:59 hours on Tuesday 16th August 2022

The company has been advised of your rejection of their offer and that you and your colleagues will be taking strike action in our fight for a better pay deal.
