RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2022 – STAGECOACH SOUTH WEST (EXETER, BARNSTAPLE & TORBAY)

 

THIS REPLACES THE EARLIER EMAIL.

 

The referendum of RMT members at Stagecoach South West’s Exeter, Barnstaple and Torbay sites has concluded and the result is as follows:

 

Do you accept the company’s offer?

Number Eligible to Vote: 614

Votes Cast: 388

Number voting YES: 274

Number voting NO: 114

 

To remind you, the vote was on the following offer:

 

• 6% increase on all pay rates from 1^st May 2022
• 2% increase on all pay rates from 1^st August 2022
• 2% increase on all pay rates from 1^st December 2022

 

The referendum therefore settles the pay negotiations for this year and hopefully you will see the rise reflected in your pay packets at an early date.
