RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2022 - VATTENFALL

I write to advise you that the ballot of my members has now concluded, and the result is as follows: -

Are you prepared to take strike action?

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot: 26
Number of votes cast in the ballot: 23
Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question: 21
Number of individuals answering “No” to the question: 2
Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned: 0

Are you prepared to take industrial action short of a strike?

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot: 26
Number of votes cast in the ballot: 23
Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question: 23
Number of individuals answering “No” to the question: 0
Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned: 0

The statutory thresholds have been met in respect of this ballot. The union’s National Executive Committee is currently considering this result and I will keep you advised of all further developments.
