RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2023 – ALSTOM METRO TRAINS 

 

The e-referendum has now concluded with the following result:

 

Question: Are you prepared to accept the Company’s offer?

 

Total Votes Cast…65

Number Voting ‘Yes’…45

Number Voting ‘No’…20

 

The NEC has therefore taken the decision to advise the Company of our acceptance of the offer and I have asked that the increase is paid to members at the earliest opportunity. 

 

For your ease of reference, the accepted offer is as follows:

 

A 5.25% increase to basic rates of pay, effective from 1^st April 2023

Assistance with travel costs for a further one year with the cost of an annual season ticket of up to £1,550
