RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2023 – CT4N
The referendum has concluded with the following result:

The National Executive Committee has taken the decision to inform the Company of our acceptance of the offer and I have asked that it is implemented at the earliest opportunity.
For your ease of reference, the accepted offer is as follows:
An 11% pay increase for all grades, effective from 1st April 2023. The established rates of pay are listed in the table below:

Support Staff and Minibus Drivers working for CT4N Charity were automatically increased from 1st April 2023 to the National Minimum Wage (£10.42 per hour) whilst rates of pay were being negotiated, therefore the overall percentage increase in terms of their salary is in line with all other positions covered under the collective bargaining.
Any hours worked after 21:00 Monday to Saturday and any hours worked on Sunday and recognised Bank Holidays will continue to be paid at ‘time and a half’ of the above rates.
