RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2023 – WABTEC

 

I write to advise you that the ballot has now closed, and the results are as follows: 

 

Are you prepared to take strike action?

 

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:                    12

Number of votes cast in the ballot:                                                                7

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:                              6

Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:                                1

Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:                  0

 

This result meets the thresholds imposed due the anti-trade union laws and the National Executive Committee has congratulated members on delivering a mandate for strike action.
