RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2023 – ALSTOM (AVENTURA CONTRACT) ILFORD, OLD OAK COMMON, WILLESDEN)

 

The referendum on the company’s pay offer has concluded and the result is as follows:

 

Do you accept the company’s offer?

Total votes cast                59

Number voting YES            15

Number voting NO            44

 

Your union’s National Executive Committee has considered this result and noted that you and your colleagues have voted to reject the pay offer and has therefore instructed me to advise the company of this union’s rejection.

 

Your negotiating team will be seeking further meetings with the company in order to secure an improved offer.
