RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2023 – CAF RAIL (NORTHERN TRAINS CONTRACT, ALLERTON, NEWTON HEATH & NEVILLE HILL)

 

I write with regards to the above matter and to inform you that the referendum has now closed and the results are as follows:

 

Total Votes Cast:       26 (84%)

Voting Yes:               20 (77%)

Voting No:                6 (23%)

 

The matter has been subject to recent consideration by the union’s National Executive Committee and I have been instructed to inform the company of our acceptance of the offer.

 

On behalf of myself and the Executive Committee, I would like to thank our members for taking part in the referendum.
