RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2023 – CAF RAIL (WEST MIDLANDS TRAINS, TYSLEY)

 

I write with regards to the above matter and to inform you that the referendum has now closed and the results are as follows:

 

Total Votes Cast:       8 (73%)

Voting Yes:               8 (100%)

Voting No:                0

 

The matter has been subject to recent consideration by the union’s National Executive Committee and I have been instructed to inform the company of our acceptance of the offer.
