Further to our previous correspondence, I write to inform you that the referendum has concluded, and the result is as follows:-

 

Votes Cast:              54

Number Voting ‘Yes’: 42

Number Voting ‘No’:  12

 

The RMT National Executive Committee has considered the result and it has instructed me to inform the company of your acceptance of the offer. This instruction has been carried out and I have requested that the increase and back monies are paid at the earliest opportunity.
