The referendum on the company’s pay offer has concluded and the result is as follows:

 

Do you accept the company’s offer?

 

Total votes cast                      518

Number voting YES                 132

Number voting NO                  386

 

Your union’s National Executive Committee has considered this result and noted that you and your colleagues have voted to reject the pay offer and has therefore instructed me to advise the company of this union’s rejection.

 

Your negotiating team will seek further discussions and an improved offer.
