RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2023

THALES GTS (Signal Grades)

 

I write to advise you that the ballot has now closed and the result is as follows:-

 

Are you prepared to take strike action?

 

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:                    36        

Number of votes cast in the ballot:                                                                9                      

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:                              6          

Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:                                3

Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:                  0          

 

Are you prepared to take industrial action short of a strike?

 

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:                    36

Number of votes cast in the ballot:                                                                9          

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:                             6

Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:                                3

Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:                  0

 

The above results unfortunately do not meet the thresholds imposed due to the anti-trade union laws. The National Executive Committee has considered this matter and taken the decision to seek an updated report from your Lead Officer.
