RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – DOPPELMAYR CABLE CAR

 

I write to advise you that the ballot has now closed and the result is as follows:-

 

Are you prepared to take strike action?

 

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:        12

Number of votes cast in the ballot:                                                    7          

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:                  7

Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:                    0

Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:      0          

 

Are you prepared to take industrial action short of a strike?

 

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:        12

Number of votes cast in the ballot:                                                    7          

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:                  7

Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:                    0          

Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:      0          

 

The National Executive Committee has congratulated members on this successful ballot result and has taken the decision to call on members to take part in the following industrial action.

 

All members are instructed NOT TO WORK ANY OVERTIME OR REST DAY WORKING from 05:59 hours on Thursday 12^th September 2024 to 05:58 hours on Thursday 3^rd October 2024

 

All members are instructed NOT TO BOOK ON FOR ANY SHIFTS THAT COMMENCE BETWEEN 05:59 hours on Friday 1^st November 2024 to 05:58 hours on Sunday 3^rd November 2024
