Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Heathrow Express

 

I write to advise you that the ballot has now closed, and the result is as follows: -

 

Are you prepared to take strike action?

 

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:       71                          

Number of votes cast in the ballot:                                          27                          

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:               26      

Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:                1        

Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:     0        

 

Are you prepared to take industrial action short of a strike?

 

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:       71                          

Number of votes cast in the ballot:                                          27      

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:               26      

Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:                1        

Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:     0                           

 

Unfortunately, the statutory thresholds have not been met in respect of this ballot. The union’s National Executive Committee is seeking a report from your Lead Officer. I will, of course, keep you advised of all further developments.
