Rates of Pay and Conditions of Service 2024 – Isle of Man Steam Packet Company

 

Further to my previous correspondence, the e-referendum has now concluded and the result is as follows:

 

Votes Cast                        72                                                                                    

Voting for ‘Option One’         30                                                                                  

Voting for ‘Option Two’        42     

 

Therefore, RMT members have chosen to forfeit the 5% uplift and will receive the two extra blocks of annual leave. The union’s National Executive Committee has noted the result and I have advised management of our members decision.
