The referendum of you and your colleagues over the company’s pay offers has concluded and the results are as follows:

Your union’s National Executive Committee has considered this result and noted the overwhelming rejection of both of the company’s pay offers. Your negotiating team will be seeking fresh discussions with the company and I will keep members informed of all further developments.
