RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2024 – THALES (GTS)

 

The referendum has now concluded with members voting as follows:

 

Question: Are you prepared to accept the Company’s offer?

 

Total Votes Cast…                   97

Number Voting ‘Yes’…             56

Number Voting ‘No’…              41

 

This matter has been considered by the National Executive Committee, which has thanked members for taking part in the referendum. I have advised the Company of our acceptance of the offer. For your ease of reference, the offer is as follows:

 

• A 5.5% increase, effective 1st January 2024
• A further £250 consolidated payment on base salary, effective 1st July 2024
• Permanent removal of the gainshare scheme with immediate effect. No future payments will be made and no payment would be made in March 2024 for the 2023 performance year.
