RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2025 – AMEY INFRASTRUCTURE WALES (TFW CONTRACT)

 

I write to advise you that the ballot has now closed, and the results are as follows:

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:                    99

Number of votes cast in the ballot:                                                                51        

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:                              49

Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:                                2

Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:                  0          

 

Are you prepared to take industrial action short of a strike?

 

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:                    99

Number of votes cast in the ballot:                                                                51

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:                              47

Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:                                4

Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:                  0

              

Your union’s National Executive Committee has noted that the result has reached the thresholds imposed by the anti-union laws and has thanked members for their participation.

 

I am currently seeking an updated report from your Lead Officer with regards to this dispute and will write to you again in due course.
