RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2025 – LONDON UNDERGROUND

 

I write to advise you that the ballot has now closed and the result is as follows:-

 

Are you prepared to take strike action?

 

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:             10424

Number of votes cast in the ballot:                                                      6228

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:                       6004    

Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:                        209      

Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:           15

 

Are you prepared to take industrial action short of a strike?

 

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:             10424

Number of votes cast in the ballot:                                                      6228    

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:                       6092    

Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:                        109

Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:           27        

            

Both of the above results meet the thresholds imposed due the anti-trade union laws and the National Executive Committee has wholeheartedly congratulated members on delivering a ballot mandate for strike action and action short of a strike.
