RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2025 – TRANSPORT FOR LONDON

 

The ballot of RMT members at Transport for London has concluded the result is as follows:

 

Are you prepared to take strike action?

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:        392

Number of votes cast in the ballot:                                                    146

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:                  124

Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:                    22        

Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:      0

 

Are you prepared to take industrial action short of a strike?

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:        392

Number of votes cast in the ballot:                                                    146

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:                  138      

Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:                    8

Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:      0

 

Your union’s National Executive Committee has noted that the result does not meet the thresholds imposed by the draconian anti-union laws and has instructed me to seek an updated report from the Lead Officer.
