Further to my previous letter on the above matter, the e-referendum has now concluded and the result is as follows:-

Total Votes Cast      23                 

Voting ‘Yes’             15                    

Voting ‘No’               8

 

Noting the result, the National Executive Committee has instructed me to inform the company of our acceptance of the offer.
