Reorganisation and Redundancies - Heathrow Express

Dear Colleague

REORGANISATION & REDUNDANCIES – HEATHROW EXPRESS

As a result of Heathrow Express refusing to withdraw their proposals to cut a quarter of the workforce, extend DOO and self despatch and freeze pay for all staff, your union is balloting all our HEX members for strike action and industrial action short of a strike. I strongly urge you to stand united in this dispute and show your support by voting YES to both questions in the ballot for industrial action. Please ensure you return your voting paper by no later than Tuesday 15th April 2014.

The only way to stop Heathrow Express slashing jobs and terms & conditions is by voting YES for industrial action. It is imperative that we stand together and demonstrate our strength of feeling to the company in this dispute. Vote YES to both questions in the ballot for industrial action and return your voting paper no later than Tuesday 15th April 2014.

UNITY IS STRENGTH
VOTE YES TO BOTH QUESTIONS IN THE BALLOT FOR INDUSTRIAL ACTION

Best wishes.
