REST DAY & SUNDAY WORKING AGREEMENT/NEW TECHNOLOGY PAYMENT – TRANSPENNINE EXPRESS

 

Further to my previous correspondence with regards to the above matter, I can now advise you that the referendum of our members has closed and the result is as follows:

 

Total Votes Cast:      280 (81%)

Voting Yes:              199 (71.07%)

Voting No:               81 (28.93%)

Spoilt Papers:           0

 

The matter has been subject to recent consideration by the union’s National Executive Committee and I have been instructed to inform the company of our acceptance of the offer.
