I write further to my previous correspondence in relation to the above matter. As you are aware The National Executive Committee took the decision to hold a referendum vote on the company’s proposals. Please be advised that the referendum has now closed and the results are as follows:-

Voting ‘Yes’: 63
Voting ‘No’: 4
Spoiled: 0

The National Executive Committee has considered this result and has instructed me to advise the company of our acceptance of the offer. I would like to congratulate you and your colleagues for your clear solidarity during this dispute. Your determination has ensured that we have reached this successful outcome.
