Nomination and Election Process for Area/DU Health and Safety Representatives

Should individual local health and safety reps wish to be considered for one of the Area or DU level Committees as set out in Annex B, C, D and E of the Procedure Agreement they should complete the enclosed form and return it to Head Office in the reply paid envelope provided. They should complete all sections of the form including the constituency they are standing for.

All completed forms must be returned to Head Office no later than the closing date of Monday 23rd June 2014.

If expressions of interest are received from more than the required number of agreed representatives at Area or DU level for any constituency then a ballot of all the appropriate local health and safety representatives in that constituency will take place in line with the GGC decision and the above timescales.

Yours sincerely
