Dear Colleague,

 

CRACKED TRACKS ON THE GREAT WESTERN LINE 

 

Members will be aware of the cracked tracks which were discovered in three areas of the Great Western Line in the space of one week, in Slough, Bourton and Iver.

 

I have written to Great Western Railway and to Network Rail in order to ascertain specifically what provisions have been put in place to ensure the maintenance of safety standards. 

 

Please bring the contents of this circular to the attention of relevant members.
