Further to Head Office Circular NP/02/21,5th January 2021 a further report on this matter has been received from our Regional Organiser in which he outlines the company’s continued rejection of our concerns.

On giving consideration to this report the National Executive Committee noted and adopted the following report of their Health and Safety Sub-committee:

We note the report from the Regional Organiser.

The General Secretary is instructed to write to the Chief Executive of Stagecoach Bus requesting a formal meeting on this issue at the earliest opportunity.

Branches and Regional Councils to be advised.

Relevant members to be advised by email and text.
