EUROSTAR INTERNATIONAL LIMITED – MANDATORY COVID-19 VACCINATIONS

Further to Head Office Circular HSR/289/21, dated 4th August 2021, your National Executive Committee at its meeting on 10th August 2021, resolved as follows:

That we note legal advice has been received from our solicitors.

The General Secretary is instructed to forward legal advice to the Lead Officer and European Passenger Services Branch and also to arrange a meeting with company, Lead Officer, and reps and to keep the NEC updated on this issue.

Relevant Reps, Branches and Regional Councils to be advised.

I am acting in accordance with this instruction and will keep you advised of developments.
