FAIR CULTURE ABUSE & TARGETING OF AREA REP SCOTT BRUCE

Further to Head Office Circular NP/155/21, dated 14th May 2021, following receipt of an updated report from your Lead Officer and correspondence from Network Rail, Scotland, your NEC resolved as follows at its meeting on 18th May 2021:

We note the report from the Lead Officer.

We also note the correspondence from the Health, Safety and Environmental Director at
Network Rail, Scotland.

This NEC instructs the General Secretary to write to Network Rail to ensure there is a
meeting set up between our Area Health and Safety Reps, from both maintenance and
operations, to discuss Fair Culture as a matter of urgency.

Relevant reps to be advised.

I am acting in accordance with these instructions and will keep members advised of any developments.

Please bring the contents of this Circular to the attention of relevant members.
