NETWORK RAIL – NR3180 FORM

Further to my recent circular NP/279/19, 4th January 2019, the matter has again been considered by your NEC.

The National Executive Committee have noted and adopted the following;

That we note the responses on file from our representatives regarding the implementation of the revised form. A number of concerns have been raised and these matters will be addressed at the meeting called for in our previous decision NWW 3rd January 2019. We also note that the General Secretary has written to the company as instructed. In any case this item is to be placed back in front of the NEC no later Thursday 24th January 2019.
