KEOLISAMEY DOCKLANDS (KAD) – REINTRODUCTION OF COVID MEASURES FOR ALL FRONTLINE STAFF

Your DLR Branch submitted the following resolution:

Members support a raised motion to enter into dispute with KAD unless all Covid measures are put back in to place for all frontline staff, prior to Phase 1 of the road map.

At its meeting on 7th December 2021, your National Executive Committee (NEC) resolved as follows:

This union fully supports our members working for KAD in their demands for safe working practices and appropriate COVID measures on the Docklands Light Railway.

The General Secretary is instructed to obtain a report on this matter from the lead officer as a matter of urgency and to place the matter back in front of the NEC.

LTRC, branches and relevant members to be informed.

I am acting in accordance with these instructions and will keep members advised of any developments.

Please bring the contents of this circular to the attention of relevant members.
