MARITIME MENTAL HEALTH

Further to Head Office Circular NP/204, dated 10th June, your National Executive Committee, at its meeting on 22nd June 2021, noted and adopted a report from its Maritime Mental Health meeting that RMT has designed a poster to highlight maritime mental health.

Your NEC resolved as follows:

We accordingly instruct the General Secretary to launch our new poster campaign to coincide with Maritime Safety Week commencing on 5th July 2021.

Poster to be circulated to all Maritime Branches, Lead Officers with Maritime responsibilities and Mental Health First Aiders.

I am acting in accordance with these instructions.

Please bring the contents of this circular to the attention of relevant members.
