    Referring to decision No GWW, 21st January 2016, your National Executive Committee have noted and adopted the following decision of their Health & Safety Sub:

“We note the supportive Branch resolutions on this matter submitted by Crewe No 1 Branch, Central and North Mersey Branch, Wimbledon 1685 Branch, Preston No 1 Branch and Birmingham Rail Branch. We further note responses from ORR and Merseyrail. The legal process in this matter is continuing and our member has our full support in this stressful period. We will review our options as the legal process continues.
