Further to Head Office Circular NP/261/22 dated 7^th December), I understand that some members trying to book accommodation as below have been facing difficulties.

 

Please contact Health and Safety Officer jonathan Havard j.havard@rmt.org.uk and he will assist by liaising directly with the hotel to ensure you are booked in the correct night(s) at the correct rate.

 

I reproduce the details of how to book accommodation below:

 

The Park Inn by Radisson can accommodate a maximum of 60. Delegates are encouraged to book accommodation at the earliest opportunity 

 

The hotel offers a discounted event bed & breakfast rate for RMT delegates; after clicking onto the link to the hotel here:

 

1. Using the panel search for your room:

 

• Dates, number of rooms and number of guests per room (max two), Promotional code (RMT2023)

• Then click check availability

 

2. Choose room. Guarantee with a credit card and submit your email and contact details.

 

3. Reservation confirmation will be emailed directly to you.

4. Cancellation permitted up to 72 hours prior to arrival

 

* Please note that online you will only be able to book for the 20^th, 21^st and 22^nd. For any additional dates you will have to contact the hotel on eventplanning.york@parkinn.com

 

We have also arranged an overspill hotel for accommodation, which is the Doubletree by Hilton York.

 

 

 

On a final note, please could all delegates ensure that they bring ID with them to the training and conference for security purposes.
