Network Rail – Electrical Safety Delivery Programme

Further to Head Office Circular NP/012/18 22nd January 2018, this matter has again been considered by your National Executive Committee with reference to consultations over trials of single approach isolations for 25kv overhead line equipment.

Your National Executive Committee have noted and adopted the following report of their Health and Safety Sub-committee:

We note the report on file and that there has been further informal discussion and we have been advised that a revised suite of documents will be provided within the next week. We are also aware of issues in the western region and the company have assured us that no further roll out will take place until the national position is sorted and agreed. Branches and Regional Councils to be advised
