Dear Colleague,

Network Rail – Fair Culture Process

Concerns were raised over the process as laid out in the agreement with RMT and its implementation process on a fair and equitable basis.

The National Executive Committee have noted and adopted the following report from your National Health and Safety sub;

“That we note the resolution and the issues raised in regards to the progression of care under the Fair Culture and disciplinary processes. In response to these concerns we would refer members and representatives to the undertakings and commitments given in correspondence by Network rail on 10th July 2018. These commitments were given as a result of a previous dispute and review of the process and practices. The General Secretary is instructed to circulate this document and a summary of the position to branches and regional councils”.
