Further to Head Office Circular, NP/212/15, 27th October 2015, the company have responded to our latest demands in a more positive manner. When considering the response from the company the General Grades Committee have noted and adopted the following report of their Health and Safety Sub-committee:

We note the response on file from Network Rail. The General Secretary is instructed to arrange a meeting with the company once the ‘pause’ in the programme has been implemented in order to discuss a simple remedy to this dispute. We remain in dispute with the company until we have joint agreement on the way forward.

 Branches and Regional Councils to be advised.

I am acting in accordance with these instructions and will update you on developments. Please bring the contents of this circular to the attention of all relevant members.
