NETWORK RAIL – ELECTRICAL SAFETY DELIVERY PROGRAMME

Further to Head Office Circular NP/91/18, 23rd May 2018 and, following a report from our representatives, the matter has been considered again by your National Executive Committee who have noted and adopted the following report of their Health and Safety Sub-committee:

We note the report on file from our Lead Union Health and Safety Representative that, following discussions with the company, our concerns in this matter appear to have been addressed. We further note the recommendation to proceed to trials of the new arrangements. General Secretary is instructed to obtain further reports on the trial and at the conclusion this matter is placed in front of our National Executive Committee for further examination and report.

Branches and Regional Councils be advised.
