NETWORK RAIL – FLANK PROTECTION SCOTLAND

On considering a report from our Lead Union Health and Safety Representatives regarding this matter the General Grades Committee noted and adopted the following report from their Health and Safety Sub-committee:

That we note the reports on file from our Lead Union Health & Safety Representative (LUHSR) concerning the proposed trial in Scotland.

Further having consulted with our LUHSR we note a further meeting is taking place on Wednesday 22^nd May 2013, a report back from this meeting is to be placed back before this General Grades Committee for due consideration.

A summary of the proposals to be circularised.

Regional Councils, Branches to be advised.

Please find attached a summary of the proposals.

I am acting in accordance with these instructions and will keep you informed of developments with this case.
